I’ve always been active but lately I’ve taken my activeness to a whole new level that includes being fit and healthy.
I started boxing 10 years ago, but jot go recently got back into it. For me, boxing is therapy. I try to translate that therapeutic intensity into my classes. No matter your level of fitness, your are always welcome. I try to keep things fun and unique so that your body and mind are always guessing.
