Katie likes to say she “grew up in the gym.” Her love for fitness started at a young age when her mom booked a personal trainer for her, as a new hobby, and she’s never looked back.
Katie keeps her strength classes upbeat, quick, fun and challenging. She offers full body workouts and training, with cardio mixed in. If you’re not pouring sweat at the end (and cursing her name), she hasn’t done her job.
At the end of the day, the only one you’re competing with is yourself – so show up, work hard and be better than you were yesterday.
