We make booking a workout easy.
- View our schedule below and find a class that you would like to join.
- Click the “Book” button.
- Create a MindBody account or sign in if you already have an account.
- Select one of the following: Single Drop-In Class, New Member Special, 5-Class Pass, 10-Class Pass or 20-Class Pass and complete the checkout process.
- Prior to your first class, you will be asked to complete and sign the following two forms: Client Readiness for Exercise Form and Waiver & Release of Responsibility. You can either email both of the forms to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can complete them at our gym.
(You can continue to use the MindBody account you created to book classes, manage payment settings and more.)
